Enrolment: Five Simple Steps

Observe a class
Visit the dojang at Dr. Fazıl Küçük Cd Haspolat 1010, Cyprus during any published session, or call 0533 846 7533 to arrange a time. Observation is always free and never obliges you to join.

Submit the enrolment request
Write to info@AgiaZoniTaekwondo.org with the prospective member's name, date of birth, preferred programme and a guardian contact for anyone under 18.

Complete health & consent forms
The Secretary returns a membership form covering medical declarations, emergency contacts, photography consent and the club code of conduct.

Arrange the membership contribution
Annual membership plus a modest monthly training contribution funds coaching, insurance and equipment. Fee waivers and instalments are available on confidential request.

Receive your dobok and begin
New members are paired with a senior belt mentor for their first month and are entered into the club register held by the General Secretary.
Volunteer Opportunities
The club is run by unpaid volunteers. All roles working with minors require references and adherence to our safeguarding policy.
Event stewarding
Help run gradings, demonstrations and open days: registration desks, timing, scoring and hospitality.
Transport & logistics
Drive or accompany athletes to regional competitions and community workshops.
Administration & translation
Assist with correspondence, records, Greek/English/Turkish translation and grant applications.
Equipment bank
Collect, inspect, clean and catalogue donated uniforms and protective gear for inclusion families.
Non-Profit Sponsorship Options
Every contribution to ΕΡΑΣΙΤΕΧΝΙΚΟΣ ΣΥΛΛΟΓΟΣ ΤΑΕΚΒΟΝΤΟ ΑΓΙΑΣ ΖΩΝΗΣ is received by the Treasurer, recorded in the club's books and reported to the Annual General Assembly. No surplus is ever distributed to members or officers.
Equip a child (per season)
Funds one complete dobok, belt, mouthguard and shin guards for a student in the inclusion programme.
Fund a fee waiver
Covers a full year of training contributions for one child from a household in financial hardship.
Support a workshop
Underwrites one free community self-defense workshop, including venue, mats and instructor costs.
Competition travel fund
Helps selected athletes attend national and invitational tournaments regardless of family budget.
Institutional partnership
Multi-year support from businesses, foundations and municipalities, acknowledged publicly and reported to the General Assembly.
