Programme 1

Youth Taekwondo & Character Building

Ages 5–12Monday, Wednesday & Friday · 16:30–17:30

Programme objectives

  • Fundamental movement, balance, coordination and safe falling technique
  • Basic kicks, blocks and beginner Poomsae toward first belt grading
  • Classroom-style discipline: bowing, listening, turn-taking and courtesy
  • Structured anti-bullying education, including verbal de-escalation and reporting

Programme 2

Junior & Senior Competitive Training

Ages 13 and aboveTuesday & Thursday · 18:00–20:00 · Saturday squad session 10:00–12:30

Athletes selected for the competitive squad train under our Technical Director toward district, national and invitational tournaments. Competition entry support and travel assistance are available so that ability, not family budget, determines who represents the club.

Programme objectives

  • Kyorugi (sparring) tactics, footwork, timing and electronic scoring familiarity
  • Poomsae precision, rhythm and presentation for graded and open competition
  • Speed, plyometric power, flexibility and endurance conditioning blocks
  • Championship preparation: weight management guidance, rules briefings and travel logistics

Programme 3
